He cares about tradition, loyalty, and order but not about freedom, dignity, or life. He plays by the rules but without mercy or compassion. He is comfortable in a hierarchy and would like to rule, but is willing to serve. He condemns others hardly according to their actions and race but according to religion, homeland, or social rank. He is loath to break laws or promises. This reluctance comes partly from his nature and partly because he depends on order to protect himself from those who oppose him on moral grounds. As a lawful evil villain Noctis has particular taboos; such as not killing in cold blood (but having underlings do it) and not letting children come to harm (if it can be helped). He imagines that these compunctions put them above unprincipled villains. The lawful evil people and creatures commit themselves to evil with a zeal like that of a crusader committed to good. Beyond being willing to hurt others for their own ends, they take pleasure in spreading evil as an end unto itself. Likes: Finding nearly anyway to entertain himself, feeding, talking to women, reliability, fighting. Dislikes: Most werewolves, unkeptness, disloyalty. Slave (If you own one): N/A Bio: Noctis is from a time before electronics, beyond most Vampires especially those considered peers, Noctis is much older. He is from the age of the Renaissance, not to far from the time of Leonardo Dinvinci. Back in those times his name was Cesare Borgia, a renowned military head. His start as a small grunt did not even last long as the man was of undead origin, with no history before him and a promising start ahead of him he escalated through army ranks and became close enough to the Pope to influence and control him, allowing word to spread that The pope fathered Cesare and his sister Benezia. She however came to disapprove, after numerous encounters with her brother she decided she ought to take his place with another man at her side. She was then erased. The Borgia family became all but untouchable, and Noctis was the head among them as t was he who accomplished such a feat. It wasn't until the intrusion of another Vampire that his clutch on the Church was released and he murdered... Or so the world thought. The man fled, that was the closest he had ever flirted with death and did not seek it again. He abandoned ambitious lives and blended in with society for a time before totally aligning himself with the other existing Vampires... Aside from his time among middle-class society Noctis has a clear, but checkered past, turning a man into a vampire with an offer of power, slaughtering multiple military leaders and so on. Other: Carries a 92F Custum 'Samurai Edge' Handgun, the size of which matches that of the D44 or .44 magnums. Noctis Caelum's weapon is the most heavily modified Samurai Edge, with the exception of a few of the Remington model. His Samurai Edge has the lower frame and takedown lever replaced with Inox (stainless steel) parts, in addition to a skeleton hammer and Brigadier sights. Noctis' handgun also features either an integrated Vertec style accessory rail on the bottom of the frame.
